Mr. Hicks brings over 40 years of experience in all phases of institutional projects, including master planning, facilities assessment and building design. He is a member of the North Atlantic Regional Council of the Society of College & University Planners (SCUP), and a frequent presenter at the regional and national higher education planning conferences.
